The ATARC Federal Cloud Computing Summit was held on July 23, 2015 at the Washington Marriott at Metro Center in Washington, D.C.
Matt Goodrich, GSA’s FedRAMP Director, delivered the morning keynote, followed by three panels featuring government and academic subject matter experts in Cloud Computing. The one-day event also featured the ATARC Cloud Technology Showcase and the MITRE-ATARC Cloud Collaboration Symposium.
Phil Klokis (center), Associate Chief Information Officer for GSA’s Public Building Services, served as Government Chair, Chris Aherne (left), Adobe’s Vice President of Federal Sales, was the Industry Chair and Tom Suder, President of the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center, was the Organization Chair.

The host organization is the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center. ATARC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides a collaborative forum for government, academia and industry to resolve emerging technology challenges. ATARC also introduces innovative technology from academic research labs to the Federal government and private industry.
